Garden and landscape design

Fleurs Design is based in the heart of the Tamar Valley on the Cornwall and Devon border and my garden designs are often inspired and influenced by this 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'.  I am committed to maintaining a sense of this natural beauty in my garden design ideas. 

Originally a specialist in the recruitment and media industry, I have developed an approach with clients that is both professional and consultative.  I consistently strive to ensure that the client brief is created with a thorough understanding of the clients' ideas, needs and expectations.  This is developed through the initial consultation and I feel that this research is integral to producing a plan that is ‘on brief’ and to the clients specification.

Having worked in the business world for a number of years I have developed Fleurs Design as a business with structure, a professional approach and complete integrity.

Along with my garden design experience, I have successfully obtained an Advanced Certificate in Garden Design at Kingston Mauward College, Dorset and I also hold an RHS Certificate in Horticulture.

I have spent time assisting a successful garden designer on various landscape design projects in the prestigious Sandbanks area in Dorset and also an established landscape design company based in rural Dorset.  During this time I increased my horticultural and planting knowledge along with hard landscaping construction and the use of suitable materials. 

Although Fleurs Design does not offer landscaping services, I can offer advice and recommend suitable landscape contractors.  These are landscapers who I have worked with in Devon and Cornwall and should you choose to use their landscaping services I can arrange and negotiate a suitable contract on your behalf.
